It’s with great pleasure that we present our latest release, from an up-and-coming producer called Estigma, from Argentina in South America.

Estigma has recently worked with producers such as Pedro Del Mar and Paul Miller, and has had the support from DJs such as Aly & Fila.

Estigma’s latest offering, which is a superb piece of uplifting trance, has a great sense of energy. The track features a driving kick drum, coupled with a great off-beat bass line. The track builds effortlessly to the break, where we’re introduced to a very nice piano melody. The track builds well from there and kicks in with an awesome sounding, and yet unexpected, electro-tinged bass driven lead. This is exactly how uplifting trance should be done!

We have two awesome remixes to accompany the original - First up, we have the man of the moment, Manuel Le Saux. Manuel works his magic on the track and does what he does best, creating an truly epic trance track.

Next up we have Dallaz Project, who recently joined the Neuroscience ranks with his ‘In Motion’ track. Dallaz Project creates another great version of the track, in his own style. His remix is full of melody and atmosphere and the result is breath taking!

Earlier in 2009, M Waering made his Neuroscience debut with his excellent ‘Amberude’. The release was supported by Armin van Buuren, Markus Schulz, Eddie Halliwell, Andy Moor and many more. Now he serves up another slice of superb progressive trance with ‘Frequency 7’.

With the original mix, he takes you on a journey, thanks to the atmosphere building melodies and timely synth stabs. As the track grows, we’re introduced to a beautifully haunting female vocal sample. The track has a great sense of feeling and could easily work in the club, on the radio, or on your iPod.

On remix duties we have Dangerbox boys Arc and up-and-coming Russian producer Vullcan. Both remixes offer something very original while managing to capture the same vibe as the original mix. Arc take the original and re-work it in to their trademark dirty sound, complete with a electro-tinged bass line and glitch effects. Meanwhile, Vullcan opts for the more melodic and uplifting remix, with superb bass line as the foundation.

Xtigma -True Colours EP [Neuroscience Recordings] NEURO028

Up-and-coming Scottish producer Xtigma made an impressive release debut back in 2008, with his remix of Paul Van Dyk’s ‘Far Away’ winning third place in the remix competition. Since then, he’s been hard at work in his studio and returns with a very impressive three track EP.

First up on the EP is the title track ‘True Colours’, a melodic electro-trance track with a progressive-edge and a beautifully haunting female vocal sample. The track has already had some early support from Tiesto, Above & Beyond and Gareth Emery. This is a massive track from Xtigma and we think it’s going to win him a lot more fans!

Next up is ‘Redemption’, which again has a distinct electro-trance sound and some clever use of a female vocal sample. However, ‘Redemption’ takes on a slightly more ‘big room’ trance sound, with it’s awe inspiring breakdown and synth stabs.

Last but not least, we have ‘Genesis’, a slightly tougher and darker track. With the foundation of the track being a deep rolling bass line, Xtigma builds upon this excellently with some tasty melodies and atmospheric pads. Again, another great track here!
